Road Maintenance
Road maintenance is the biggest expense for the Association. Within the limits set by the funds approved by the members, our goal should be good roads throughout the subdivision, where “good” includes safe and comfortable travel in a car driven at a reasonable speed, and appearance and character consistent with our neighborhood. For these purposes, the Roads Committee keeps a long-range maintenance plan. The roads budget is subject to approval each year by the members.

Animal Control
The Santa Fe County Animal Control Ordinance animals.pdf puts law enforcement teeth into the care and control of animals. If you keep an animal in The Ridges, or have problems with animals kept by others, your legal rights and responsibilities are stated herein, more comprehensively than in our covenants.
