Road Maintenance

Road maintenance is the biggest expense for the Association. Within the limits set by the funds approved by the members, our goal should be good roads throughout the subdivision, where “good” includes safe and comfortable travel in a car driven under our speed limit, and appearance and character consistent with our neighborhood. For these purposes, the Roads Committee keeps a long-range maintenance plan. The roads budget is subject to approval each year by the members.
